Gastronorth was entrusted to deliver the vision presented by Kenny and Abbie and the results were stunning, with the open plan kitchen and intimate restaurant making Solstice a uniquely personal experience.
In March 2023, Solstice was awarded a Michelin Star after only 8 months of opening. Solstice is currently rated number 26th at The UK Top 100 National Restaurant Awards 2024.
