GastroNorth Ltd have recently completed works at the newly refurbished Enterprise Inn’s gastro-pub, The Blackhorse in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside.
The £40,000 compact project was completed in March 2016 and was project managed by Sales Manager Bob Vardy who commented: “The project was very enjoyable to work on, the main issue we had was space in the kitchen in relation to the large menu offering. We counteracted this with the use of double deck pizza ovens and a Mind Maps combination oven from Unox’ latest new range. The versatility and speed in cooking that the Unox brings to the kitchen is great, and better still it’s very simple in operation.”
The only challenge GastroNorth faced was manoeuvring the equipment to the second floor of the building through very tight doors and stairways. Our installation team have dealt with hundreds of tricky installations over the years and this was a run of the mill operation getting the equipment successfully and safely into position.
