Gastronorth were awarded the contract to refurbish the existing college refectory servery and training restaurant, along with remodelling the
existing teaching kitchens to provide increased student capacity.
The existing refectory servery area was split in half and two new serveries (a coffee shop and modernised traditional servery) were created.
The tired teaching restaurant was stripped back to blockwork and completely refurbished to provide a more contemporary space to support front of house
student learning.
